yin羊藿中黄酮类化合物的化学和生物活性研究
yin羊藿含有丰富的黄酮类化学成分,yin羊藿黄酮大都含有异戊烯基结构片段而引起生物学家的重视。本司研发部对中药yin羊藿中的特征性成分yin羊藿黄酮进行系统的天然产物化学和生物学研究,从中分离得到20个黄酮类成分,其中包含4个新的yin羊藿黄酮,分别命名为3′-Hydroxyl epimedoside A, Neo-sagittasine A, Dihydrofuran-baohuoside I和Furan-baohuoside I;16个已知yin羊藿黄酮分别为icariin, epimedin A1, epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C, epimedoside A, diphylloside C, epimedoside E, icariside II, diphylloside B, icariside I, luteolin, icaritin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside, caohuoside C和kaempferol-3-O-(2-β-D-glucopyran osyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside。生物活性测试结果表明yin羊藿中的大部分黄酮类成分具有一定的促进雌激素生物合成的作用。该研究结果发表在期刊Scientific Reports上,文章如下:
