罗汉果皂苷的系统分离和生物活性研究
本司研发部自2012年开始对罗汉果进行系统的植物化学研究,前期在投料量较少的情况下从罗汉果中分离获得18个罗汉果皂苷单体,其中包括6个新的罗汉果皂苷,12个已知的罗汉果皂苷分别为罗汉果皂苷IIA2, 罗汉果皂苷III, 罗汉果皂苷IIIE, 罗汉果皂苷IIIA1, 赛门苷I, 罗汉果皂苷IVa, 罗汉果皂苷IVe,罗汉果皂苷V, 异罗汉果皂苷V, 11-氧-罗汉果皂苷V, 11-脱氧-罗汉果皂苷和罗汉果皂苷VI,6个新的罗汉果皂苷分别命名为异罗汉果皂苷IVa, 异罗汉果皂苷IVe, 11-表-罗汉果皂苷V, 罗汉果皂苷VIa, 11-氧-赛门苷I和11-氧-罗汉果皂苷VI。体外生物活性测试结果表明所有的罗汉果皂苷均表现出较好的促进人体HepG2细胞对葡萄糖的吸收。研究结果发表在食品领域杂志Food Chemistry上,文章如下:

近期,本司研发部对罗汉果进行更加详细的化学研究,进一步丰富了人们对罗汉果化学组成的认识,从中进一步分离得到罗汉果皂苷IIA1, 罗汉果皂苷IIA,罗汉果皂苷IIE, 罗汉果皂苷IIIA2和罗汉果皂苷VIB等次未分离得到的已知罗汉果皂苷,同时又分离得到5个新罗汉果皂苷,相关科技论文正在准备中。
