人参中三萜皂苷的化学研究
人参为名贵中药材,其主要活性成分为人参皂苷,表现出各种不同的生物活性。本司研发部对人参进行详细的植物化学研究,从中分离得到30余种人参皂苷单体,其中包括2个微量的新皂苷成分,分别命名为参皂苷LS1和5,6脱氢人参皂苷Rg3,分离得到的已知人参皂苷包括人参皂苷F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, Rb1, Rb2, Rb3, Rc, Rd, Rd2, Re, Rg1, Rg2, Rg3, Rg5, Rg6, Rh1, Rh2, Rh3, Rh4, Rh7, Rk1, Rk2, Rk3, 5,6-脱氢人参皂苷Rd, 越南参皂苷R3, R4和R8。活性测试结果提示部分人参皂苷表现出较强的抗炎活性。相关研究结果发表在期刊Journal of Ginseng Research上,文章如下:
